Now Hiring - CSR/Sales Representative in Corona, CA

Connect Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative for a Aerospace company in Corona, CA.

Shift 8:30am - 4:30PM Monday - Friday. No work on weekends

Requirements of the csr/sales representative:

• Minimum of 3 years of previous CSR experience (Aerospace preferred)
• Must be computer literate
• Must have Data Processing experience
• Must have MS Office experience
• Must have ERP experience (Blueprint/Drawing interpretation is a plus)
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM

Responsibilities of the csr/sales representative:

• Taking requests for quotes
• Processing orders
• Logging a minimum of daily calls
• Resolving customer issues
• Providing follow-up status to customers via telephone, fax and email
• Assuring company monthly booking sales goals are met
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure company is meeting their expectations
• Encourages, facilitates, and reinforces strong relationships between customers and management

All candidates must undergo testing on: Spelling, Typing, Excel, Outlook, Word
